Q. How much training is required to get a license and start my career in real estate?

The State of Tennessee requires you to take 60 pre-licensing hours of required education and 30 New Affiliate hours prior to your being allowed to take the state license test. Coldwell Banker Hamilton & Associates, REALTORS® offers outstanding training and education utilizing both computer and classroom training after you have become licensed. You will find during your career that advanced training will always be required for you to stay informed about the business including 16 hours of continuing education to be taken every two years to maintain your real estate license.
